Custom AI built
under the
mapping discipline.

Mesa Built is the build division of Mesa Group. The work delivers transferable agents and tools, mapped before they are built and owned by the client at close.

01What Mesa Built does

Mapped before it is built. Owned at close.

Mesa Built builds customized automation for organizations without programming staff. The build is preceded by the mapping discipline. Decision authority is specified before any code is written, even when the engagement enters through Mesa Built without a prior Mesa Point engagement. The mapping is internal to the build process; the resulting documentation ships with the deliverable.

Every build is transferable. The deliverable is a complete file structure the client can take in-house and host on their own infrastructure. The default server is Cloudflare. The default standard is full documentation: complete file delivery, user manual, host location and access credentials, system mapping from the programming layer through the management layer to the C-suite layer, and any supporting metadata the build depends on.

The work is engaged by founders, principals, and operators at organizations that do not run their own programming teams. The lower bound is the solo founder. The upper bound is the moment the organization has its own programmers and a budget for in-house build.

02Why this work matters

Ownership is the position. Transferability is the proof.

The build market is full of agent shops that ship code without specifying authority and platforms that lock the client into the platform.

Mesa Built builds against the mapping discipline and ships the build to the client. Ownership is the position. Transferability is the proof.
